Metrix Professional Insurance Brokers Inc. was incorporated in 1992 by these 3 partners, Dave Anderson, Marti Messam and Mike Russell, who all previously held senior management positions with an International Broker.

We provide our clients with all classes of general insurance including Manufacturing, Wholesale, Retail, Franchisor Programs, Wind Turbines, Property Ownership/Management and Financial Institutions. As a niche broker, however, our recognized expertise is Professional Liability Insurance for which we have developed extensive capabilities in order to serve the following business segments:

Metrix is the appointed Broker for the Insurance Brokers Association of B.C. Errors & Omissions program, which includes the development and presentation of Loss Control Seminars for other insurance brokers. We are also the exclusive appointed broker in British Columbia for XL Design Professionals Insurance Company, one of the largest insurers in North America for Architects' and Engineers' Professional Liability.

Metrix is recognized within the insurance industry and by various professional associations, as one of the leading Professional Liability Insurance brokers in Canada.

We are the only broker in BC who is a member of the Professional Liability Agents Network (PLAN) which comprises brokers/agents throughout North America specializing in Professional Liability.
